A small town.
A big family.
A lot of friends.
A lot of huge smiles and warm hugs. That’s how this couple does things.
Francisco & Amanda’s wedding was a huge success. They had a great wedding, tons of support, and the reception was a hit. I haven’t had the opportunity to shoot many weddings in their culture much and I really had a blast being a part of it.
And the music….fantastico!

Keith is thinking things out and doing things right.
He took Elsa up on top of the world to propose to her.
In Colorado Springs, there’s a place on top of Cheyenne mountain called the Will Rogers Shrine of the Sun and let me tell you, it’s got one hell of a view!
This is where Keith proposed and this is where they wanted their engagement photos taken. It was clear why.
These two are mad about each other and their August wedding I already know is going to be a great one.

Al and Melissa are so crazy about each other, they married each other twice, in the same year.
I shot their first wedding in the spring. It was a quiet, intimate wedding up in Estes Park. But they wanted a big wedding too.
So they planned the “main event” for July. A very close friend of theirs offered their home as the setting, and it was the perfect setting.
This wedding was also packed with members of the Loveland Wedding Professionals!
We all had a great time contributing to this wedding!

Adrienne lives in Costa Rica. She went there on vacation some time ago and fell in love with the place, so she stayed.
So this past January, Adrienne contacted me from Costa Rica to shoot this very important 20 year high school reunion. And it was from Costa Rica that she coordinated this entire event. She did an amazing job and everyone had a great time, including the photographer!
She planned this reunion to span 3 days.
Day one was a friendly mingle hosted by Daisy Dukes in Loveland
Day two was the main event held at the Ptarmigan Country Club in Windsor. She provided me an actual photo taken at their prom 20 years ago and asked me to recreate the background. Done! She also made arrangements with the Loveland High School to send out their marching band and cheerleaders to put on a show! The rest of the night included dinner, dancing, a slide show, and prizes, and a lot of catching up.
Day three was a big picnic at Lake Loveland. They all brought their families, their kids all played together, and between the family portraits, I just hung back and captured the moments.

I had the opportunity to photograph Jason Vigil and his band a few years back at a live outdoor performance in Loveland. Last night, I enjoyed his show while I captured him performing again, this time at the Soiled Dove Underground in Denver.
Jason sings very passionately along with his acoustic guitar. His style could be described as light hearted alternative pop. He has a wonderful voice and is very approachable. He was very humble as fans came up to him after his performance wanting to meet him and give him well deserved kudos for such a great show.
Make sure you try to catch one of his shows and pick up one of his CDs. He’s got a great sound and plays in some really great places!
After Jason was finished playing, I got some nice shots of him and his guitar.
While this was going on, the next performer had taken the stage and was playing to the crowd. Colin Hay was the singer and I’m sure you’ll remember him from the band he used to sing for called Men at Work. He put on a great show and sounded just as great as he always did!
