Choosing Frank Wilson was the WORST decision I could have ever made in regards to planning my wedding! My story is very similar to D. Hackett. My wedding was May 10, 2010 and we still have not been able to contact Frank. I don't live in MS so this makes my situation even more frustrating! He's a complete rip-off!

Contract to do wedding in New York City on July 4, 2009. Selected his highest premium contract paid $5,000 along with travel cost, hotel etc. Showed up, completed the shooting of the wedding but never received finished pictures, books and order of work. We flew / traveled to Jackson, Miss., for pre-wedding pictures.
Made several attempts to contact over the last year. Does not return calls, actually reached him in November of 2010 said he was calling me right back. (Still waiting on that call. Has reasonable time to complete contract.)
What is worse, we are the featured July wedding in his online gallery, but never got that book we paid for shipped or printed delivered to us. http://frankwilsonphoto.com/
He is conducting Photography Workshops - Digital Masters Class in Mississippi and pictures from our wedding are being used as examples of his work to the students.
We ordered:
300 plus page proof book: (completed)
Multimedia Presentation: Video collage / presentation during reception: (completed)
Parents mini books (completed)
Internet Access: Pictures can be ordered online by friends and family: (Never completed or delivered)
16 page coffee table book / album design: (Never completed or delivered but it is featured on this website.)
Was ready to order poster size prints for additional cost but retracted order since we have received no response or contact.
(Note: Sister in law used him also and has not received anything but her proofs after paying for the premium contract, travel expenses. etc.) Has not responded to any of her orders, attempts to contact and certified mail as returned!
REFUSE TO CONTACT CUSTOMERS OR RESPOND TO REQUEST VIA EMAIL, PHONE CALLS OR LETTERS (office may have relocated and still doing weddings)
