All of our wedding cake tiers are baked in 3 layers & are filled in between each layer...3 layers of cake and 2 layers of filling or butter cream. We use butter, chocolates and fresh fruit as required. All layers and frostings are made "in-house", using no mixes with the exception of the raspberry filling (imported from France), the fondant & the poured fondant.
