i find that weddings are photographer's dream come true: beautiful women adorned in their finery, handsome men on their best behavior, lovely surroundings, and everyone present is engaged in a joyous celebration. i use the latest Canon dSLR camera with the highest quality Canon lenses, and capture the images in RAW format, which allows for the greatest editing latitude.

i strive for realism. therefore, i never use flash. instead, i shoot in ?available light?. for example, if the reception is illuminated by candlelight, i shoot by candlelight. i find that flash, besides greatly distorting the actual colors of the scene, is much too intrusive for an occasion that is almost intimate in nature.

out of the many 100?s of shots we take at a wedding, we choose 100 or more to edit. every image chosen is individually edited. we never "batch edit" (ie, we don't edit one image and then automatically apply the same settings to other images).

our package is one leather-bound presentation portfolio containing 100 or more 8-1/2" x 11" photographs, for the newlyweds. plus, two leather-bound albums containing a similar number of photos in 5" x 7" format, for their parents.

many, many hours are required to achieve the final result. the entire package is $6,000. unfortunately, the price is non-negotiable. however, there are no add-ons or other ?surprises?.
