Terrible products and service! Never again!

Worst experience I've ever had with an online store.

What a horrible store. Veronica is insane and so mean. She sells broken and terrible quality jewelry for high prices. I would steer clear of this website. I feel like she practically stole my money.

Terrible service and poor quality merchandise. This jewelry is expensive and Veronica runs her business very poorly and was incredibly rude to me. I will never deal with her again.

This store is horrible. The jewelry is overpriced and cheap quality. The lady that runs the store is unfair and rude. She send me broken jewelry and did not perform a jewelry conversion that I paid for. When I informed her of this she sent a rude email to the friend who had purchased the items for me rather than apologizing and fixing her mistakes. Go to an antique jewelry store to find better vintage jewelry and prices. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE it has been an expensive nightmare.

I have known Veronica my whole life and she has always been a professional at everything she does. I presently work in the movie industry in Hollywood and she helps many costume designers select period jewelry for movies and feature presentations. You can always expect top personal attention and service from her!
