Margaret Sanzo Sneddon is a poised and polished professional harpist who is well known in the New York metropolitan area, Westchester County and the Hudson River Valley, Fairfield County, CT and New Jersey. She has an extensive repertoire of music appropriate for any occasion and will work with you to coordinate the perfect music for your event.

Margaret studied harp with Ruth Negri Armato of the New York Philharmonic Orchestra. In addition to a busy schedule of weddings, special events, teaching and therapeutic music, she has played in the orchestra for regional productions of "The Fantastics". "Sounth Pacific", "My Fair Lady", "Once Upon a Mattress" and "A Grand Night for Singing".

For several years, she traveled the world as harp soloist aboard Radisson (now Regent) Seven Seas and Celebrity Cruise lines and as a guest artist for Delta Queen. She also performed for President Bill Clinton at National Hall in Connecticut.

Margaret is on the faculty of Mozartina Musical Arts Conservatory in Tarrytown NY. She was founder and director of the Hudson Harp Consort, an ensemble of harps of allsizes from a 24 string lap harp to a 48 string concert grand.

She is also a Certified Music Practitioner through the Music for Healing and Transition Program and works with Phelps Hospice in Sleepy Hollow, NY.
