Heard-Craig Center for the Arts

Located one block off the square in beautiful historic downtown McKinney, the Heard-Craig Center for the Arts is a popular location for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners and special events.

The Heard-Craig Center for the Arts is located one block off the square in historic downtown McKinney. We offer two rental venues, Heard-Craig Hall and Katie's Garden.

Heard-Craig Hall is an elegant Victorian Romanesque structure crowned with a 144 sq. ft. art glass skylight, crystal chandeliers and roman columns. The Hall can seat up to 250 and has a full stage for dj and dancing. Outside catering and limited alcohol are permissable.

Katie's Garden is an enchanting Victorian style garden created in honor of Kathryn Heard-Craig. It features a gazeebo, fountains, Victorian bower, and a "secret" garden. Katie's Garden can accomodate weddings with up to 300 guests.
