Heavenly Hats are unique. Roslyn takes personal pride in her work, and makes the pieces by hand to suit your needs. She is an extremely professional person, and pays attention to detail with every individual piece. Definitely worth the value. Wearing one of her pieces will make you stand out in a crowd.
