I have used Heavenly Hats for many different occaisions...races, weddings and each time I have been overwhelmed with her talent and for her spot on perception of what I wanted without me having to say much at all! Heavenly Hats are unique. Roslyn takes personal pride in her work, and makes the pieces by hand to suit your needs. She is an extremely professional person, and pays attention to detail with every individual piece. Definitely worth the value. Wearing one of her pieces will make you stand out in a crowd.
