House on the Hill

House on the Hill is ideal for weddings, receptions, overnight lodging, and meetings with its dramatic views and the seclusion of a 10 acre estate in Westlake Hills. Perched high on one of the highest hills in Travis County, it offers dramatic hill country views from its walls of glass, porches and decks. We offer weekend rentals that run from 4pm Friday until noon on Sunday and provide overnight accommodations for twenty people. You can bring in your own caterer and alcohol. We have no restrictions or fees associated with either one. Included in the rental are 24 tables, 150 chairs and overnight accommodations for twenty. Check our website for Open House dates.

House on the Hill is a 10-acre estate high up in the hills (one mile west of the intersection of Bee Caves Road and 360).  We can hold up to 150 people.  The views are absolutely spectacular.  We have a waterfall surrounded by large oak trees, an arbor, pool and covered pavilion (for outdoor seating and dancing). The interior space features dramatic southwest architecture, vaulted cedar ceilings, Saltillo tile floors as well as large windows and decks that surround the facility. 

We offer a popular weekend package that runs from 4pm on Friday through noon on Sunday that includes overnight lodging for 20 people. House on the Hill is your private estate for the weekend and any of your wedding related functions (including your rehearsal dinner). We also offer six hour rentals Sunday evenings through Thursday evenings at a discount. Rates for day use, Monday through Friday are even lower.

You can choose your own caterer/restaurant and bring in your own beverages. We provide 150 chairs and 24 tables (8 60-inch round, 8 6-foot by 30-inch rectangular and 8 36-inch round patio tables). We have seating for an additional 60 people throughout the facility.
