VERY SLOW SHIPPING, expect it to take 3+ weeks, especially if you use a coupon code for free shipping. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!

My first order arrived just fine, although it didn't even ship until 3 weeks after I ordered it. Expecting their slowness, I made my next order a full month before I needed my supplies. After 4 weeks I received PART of my order - the rest was on backorder - and even the part I received was not correct with what they had marked that I received (quanitities and color). Mind you, this was the first I had heard about anything being on backorder. I emailed asking for a tracking number and when the rest of my order would be coming, explaining what I had received and what was still missing. The response I got was basically "well, you already received 2 boxes". Emails after that went unanswered.

Getting ahold of them on the phone is difficult, at best. Then when you do get to talk to someone, they don't speak fluent English. It's like ordering chinese delivery, without the handy numbered menu. After about 8 weeks from my initial order (with many phone calls from me), I finally received the rest of my order (what I didn't cancel and have refunded).... it was still wrong.

A simple email saying they were out of the backordered items, and when they expected them to be in would have helped tremendously. But, please don't spring the surpise on your customer by just sending them half their stuff in an untimely manner. Learning to efficiently answering customer emails would help their customer service.

If you hit the sales & coupons right, you can get what you need for the same price or less at your local Hobby Lobby.

This company is HORRIBLE! I will NEVER again do business with them. I placed an order well over a month ago & I am still fighting with them. I recieved half of my order within a week (which I was thrilled about) however, when another week or so went by & i hadnt recieved the rest of my order I called to ask about it.. what I was told was completley unacceptable. They said 2 of the products were on back order and they had no idea when they would be able to ship them. when i asked why no one gave me a curtosy call or email they said they dont do that. So here I am waiting for a product that wasnt shipped out, even though I recieved an email with tracking numbers for EVERY item i ordered. Then when i asked about the paper lanterns i ordered they said they had them & wernt sure why they wernt shipped, so they shipped 1 pack.. I ordered 2. I asked for a refund on the items i didnt recieve the guy i spoke with said he would have to call me back with details on a refund. It has since been 2 weeks & they have not answered one of my phone calls nor have they returned my voice mails. Mind you, my wedding is in 2 weeks. They are HORRIBLE.. I warn everyone to NEVER order from them!

Please be warned that this company is very bad to deal with. They have terrible communication skills. They don't appear to want to help customers at all but are certainly happy to take your money. I ordered early March 2011 and still have not received my items at the end of March. Don't make the same mistake as me, good prices do not equate to good service.

I would NEVER order from this company again. I chose them over other companies because they stated that they ship from their own warehouse and that the turn-around time was about 5-6 days. I placed my order on Feb 1, got a notice from the post office on the 12th that I had a package from them that could not be delivered due to lack of postage. I had to RUSH to the post office (I needed this order asap) to pick up the package and pay an additional $5. Not only that, but the order was packed in a pink trash bag. I called them the following Monday....was told they'd credit my Paypal account (still hasn't happened) and was not offered a single explanation or apology. The product itself wasn't what I ordered (thankfully in my case the larger tulle worked out okay). I wasn't notified to see if a product change would be okay. Terrible communication, packaging, and customer service. Avoid them at all cost!

price great, product great, customer service = CRAP!!! Every order i have placed with them they have left something out, then it took forever to get a refund on the items they didn't send. Now i'm still waiting on products i ordered over 2 weeks ago that i need this weekend and have just found out they have not even sent it yet! Not impressed!!

I have found their product is very good, especialy for the price. I have ordered from them about 10 times now. Only one time there
was a back order. They were very helpfull and express shipped the item. I'm a wedding decorator, and have found them very dependable.

Very BAD customer service! Beware! Order was delayed by 3 weeks with NO email/call to say items was on backorder. Had to call to find out and was too late. CS lied and made all sorts of excuses. Didn't make it in time for my event!
