FAIL.
I was completely shocked at Mark's lack of creativeness in the "posed" pictures and lack of professionalism towards the guest at the wedding in the candid photos. I was at a wedding recently for a family member and I must say Mark made the wedding a horriffic event for me. Mark made me feel excluded from my family by placing everyone in the photo and simply looking at me as if I was an after thought and telling me I should have a seat on the floor (everyone else was standing on stairs, even the children in the picture were being held and at adult eye level) I refused and told him he needed to fit me into the picture so I was standing. (I was also in a shorter length dress and even if it looked ok to have one person seated on the floor while everyone else was standing I would not have been comfortable sitting in a dress)
Moments later he want table to table during dinner taking pictures. When he requested getting a pictures of all of the guest, I tried to get into a picture with my sister, brother in law and niece. He cut me out of this picture and told me he would get a picture of me by myself since I was there by myself (I am a 30 year woman) This was during dinner, I had just sat down and had a fork in my hand, and did not want a picture while I was trying to enjoy my dinner. Not to mention a single girl in her young 30's does not want a picture by herself at a wedding.
Mark needs to be sensitive as to when appropriate times are to take pictures and work on his professionalism. I am sure the bride and groom did not pay him to insult their guest.
Very disappointed that a bad photographer could ruin what was supposed to be a joyous celebration. I hope the bride and groom didnt pay much for this joke. There are many creative and professional photographers out there, just because someone has a camera and a website does not make them a proffessional.
