Welcome to the Burch Wedding! They had their ceremony and reception at two places we love: Marty Leonard Chapel and Time Ten Cellars Ft Worth. They also had a JIP first: their dog walked them down the aisle! So cute huh?! Here are just a few of our favorites from their wedding!

We are SO EXCITED to share with you our 1st full wedding proposal captured! So John contacted me one evening saying that he was about to propose to his girlfriend and that he wanted the whole thing to have a 50′s rockabilly theme with a vintage car. So what did we do, we contacted Lottie with Couture Events by Lottie! She teamed with Rent My Dust to create an adorable 50′s set up. John got Janet to our set up which started in a field and was then moved into Sugar Bee Sweets due to one of those big Dallas storms blowing through. Janet and John both posed and played with us for a bit, John doing an excellent job to not give anything away as we took picture after picture with a ring in his pocket! About mid way through Janet stepped aside to do a mini outfit change and John pulled the ring out. Now the real fun began. Here are a few of the photos from this beautiful and unique wedding proposal.

He did such a good job with the ring too!

I believe it was here when Janet said, “Are you for real?” And we all started to laugh as John said, “Yes!”

So do y’all remember seeing Cassie R’s bridals, well we had double the fun with this family as here we are able to present to you Amanda R’s bridals. Amanda also did her bridals at Thistle Hill but she also visited the Ft Worth Botanical Gardens for a bit as well. The Raffaelli family is one fun and beautiful family! Here are just a few of our favorite bridals from Amanda’s bridal photo shoot and I will tell you, there are SO many that we love. Amanda knows how to have fun!!!

A little about these girls….they each have a nick name. Cassie’s is Boom (left) and Amanda’s is crash (right). Without going into too much details we can say, we now know why they have these nicknames

Have you thought a having a photo booth at your event but aren’t sure if the investment is worth it? Well here are a few of the highlights about our booth that might help you decide if the perks are worth making the jump:
1) It your guest gift!
2) It is a destination for your wedding or event…just like having dinner, eating cake, getting a drink and more. Making a stop at the booth is added in! People like having things to do.
3) Everyone LOVES the photo booth! It is always a huge success with a big line.
4) You get more candid and fun photos. And in some cases, great blackmail photos!
5) And it is a lasting investment! Once the cake is eaten, the flowers have died and the up lighting and decor returned, everyone at your event will still have their photos!
Here are a few of our favorites all from one wedding so you can see one full event:

We have yet another beautiful bridal session at Thistle Hill in Ft Worth, TX. We have been out to this venue quite a few times this year yet every single time we walk away with more new and unique shots. Big thank you to Brian for all his help in organizing these photo shoots! Carol recently did her bridals there and she was stunning! Carol is one of those girl’s who beauty is not limited to the outside but she is gorgeous on the inside too! We had so much fun getting to know her and her family better through this wedding processes.

We would also love to give a HUGE shout out to Shannon with Something You! Not only did this girl, while being nearly 8 months pregnant, do Carol’s hair and makeup, she then came to the bridals and helped straighten her gown, pose and just all around make everyone laugh with her bubbly personality. Shannon has time and time again wowed us with her ability to create beautiful up do’s and makeup for our brides. We highly recommend Something You for all your hair and make up needs! When Carol was asked how Shannon did, here is what she replied with:
“Shannon. Was. Amazing. She was one of my favorite vendors. She was easy, helpful, funny, went above the call of duty and made my morning of the wedding relaxing and fun. Additionally, during the bridal portraits, she came with us to the venue and stayed over an hour and a half as the “assistant” helping with getting poses set, arranging my dress, etc. All while she was over seven months pregnant. I would recommend her as a vendor – she may just turn out to be a friend as well!”

And this last photo we took to recreate Carol’s mom’s bridal photo. Isn’t this cool!
