RIPPED ME OFF. I gave Keepsake Floral $933. They lost my flowers and refused to refund me. Believe it or not. Dana at Keepsake said it cost them a lot to make the "Keepsake" before they lost it, so they can't refund me. Dana claims UPS is responsible, but UPS was acting as Keepsake Floral's agent and was working for Keepsake Floral when they delivered our "Keepsake" to the wrong address. Keepsake Floral was reimbursed by UPS for the loss, but Dana at Keepsake Floral says she refuses to refund me because her company deserves the $933 I paid and the compensation UPS paid for all the trouble she had to go to. How about that for a wonderful wedding memory and keepsake?
