KH Photography was probably the worst part of our wedding. Although he takes great pics he was rude, arrogant and condescending to me and my entire bridal party. He actually stated that the day after my wedding we would both change and probably regret being married.

Aside from his arrogance and complete unprofessionalism, he had every excuse in the book for not getting back to me or not having our pictures on time. Either he was in 2 car accidents, so ill he couldn't lift his arms to type an email or involved in ongoing legal issues with other clients (not very comforting). He stated that we would receive our engagements photos within a few weeks and that turned into 4 1/2 months. We were married in September and we have not received a single photo and it's mid November. He won;t return emails unless you harass him and I literally had to shout into a voicemail message to get him to respond. If you read this before you think of booking him then RUN in the other direction. He is a terrible person to work with and now I m just praying that we get our photos.

We had our wedding on June 25 and still have not received our product.

It took 3 months to receive our engagement photos and it's been over 4 months and we still do not have our wedding photos. KH photography told us that it would be one to two weeks to receive the photos and his site says that it'll be 4 weeks maximum. We're now going on 17 weeks with no product.

On Aug 27, two months after the wedding, after many emails, phone calls etc. We received two dvd's without the promised case and with corrupted files.

On Oct 19, a selection of the photos were posted on his site as promised but 13 weeks past the date promised.

It's now Oct 29 and we still have not received the promised dvd's without the corrupted files and proper case.

We've been more than patient throughout this situation but it looks like we'll have to go through the BBB or small claims to receive our product. Looking at his BBB claim history, he's already had two complaints in Oct 2011, so we're not the only ones having this issue.

We have not been offered any sort of compensation ie. free prints, partial refund, photo album etc. for our issues.

We'll continue to update this review and hopefully KH Photography will make it right because he continues to claim that our situation is unique, despite two other claims being processed through the BBB this month alone.
