La Cuisine is a Green Vendor
All of the products used for cleaning in our building a certified green. Additionally, we only use compostable or recyclable products for packaging both for our catering and restaurant business. We compost kitchen scraps for use in the gardens we plant lining our parking lots. We work with a farmer 100 yards from our kitchen on a daily basis in season.
