LEGEND The Band performs live 50's, 60's & 70's music in their own exciting style. The band specializes in Oldies rock & roll music. Do-wop harmonies, Motown, hard driving rock & roll & soulful ballads. Professional, fun entertainment at an affordable price is what we are all about.

LEGEND The Band specializes in 50's, 60's Oldies & a little 70's rock & roll music and energizes the crowd! We perform Motown (lots of Motown), Doo-wop, Soul and the high energy great rock and roll songs and romantic ballads of the era. We also perform some big band songs, and others from the 30's & 40's.

If you are looking for a professional & lively fun band to entertain a crowd, get dancers up on their feet, or rock a party for all ages, then we are the one! We will also perform emcee functions for the reception, introduce bridal party, toasts, special dances etc, and help you coordinate these and other special activities of the reception. 

Band consists of bass player, guitar, drums, keyboards & sax.

Included during the performance conduct dance contests with a couple of the songs - grand prizes included. For any children (or daring adults) we'll have hula hoops, limbo pole, air (blow-up) guitars & tambourines with us to distribute to use as props for a couple of the band's songs. There is also something called the "anniversary dance" we do (with prizes) that usually goes over well for couples married for a long time. We are all about audience participation and can keep the reception moving! (If you want something more laid back, we can tone it down as well.) We would customize the performance to suit the atmosphere you want to achieve.

We provide our own complete sound system (and special effects lighting) along with a sound engineer to keep things running smoothly and a photographer/contest/dance props coordinator.

We will play softer background music on CD during guest arrival and throughout dinner or cocktail hour if there is one. (It's typically more agreeable for greetings and dinner conversation.) Band would begin live performance after dinner period.

We will also play CDs of the same era during breaks so your recetion is never without music.

We take photos at each of our events - those from your reception would be provided to you at no charge in digital format within a week to 10 days following the event. This energetic band is totally focused on providing you and your guests with a very professional but fun, music filled event!
