All of our invitations are handmade and designed by us.  A large portion of our invitations are custom designed for our clients, so don't hesistate to email us with any ideas you have if you don't see exactly what you want on our site.  All of our products are fully customizable from the wording to the colors and fonts. 

We print all of our invitations using digital printing (ink sits flat on the paper).  (Letterpress is available for an additional charge.  Please email us if you would like to inquire about having your invitations letterpressed).

FAQ-

     Q. Do you offer samples?

      A.Yes! We offer samples for $5 each. Each sample comes with an invitation, and response card.  If you would like to add other inserts, just email us.  Samples can be customized to match your colors.  You can also change the wording and font of your sample by senidng us an email after you order your sample with the wording of your choice.  We highly recommend ordering samples to ensure that we match your wedding colors accurately (computer screens can sometimes be misleading in terms of color). Custom samples are also available for $10.  Please email us to inquire about custom orders.

     Q.  Can I order colored envelopes?

      A.Yes!  We offer huge selection of envelope colors for all of our invitations and cards.  If you would like to purchase a colored envelope instead of the traditional white envelopes that the invitations come with, just send us an email with your request.  We will do our best to match exactly what you are looking for.


     Q. Can you make a custom invitation for me?

      A. Yes!  Send us an email with your ideas and we’ll take it from there.  We love creating new invitations for our clients, so don’t hesitate to ask if you have something special in mind that you can’t find.  Custom samples are $10 each.


      Q.Do you have a phone number or physical store?

      A.  No, we are an online, nationwide invitations and stationery boutique  You can contact us through email, or by using the form on the contact page. We do our best to return all emails within 24-48 hours.


      Q.How long will it take to receive my order?

      A.Since all of our creations are handmade individually for you, invitation orders take 2-4 weeks for assembly.  Programs and some specialized menus may take up to 4-8 weeks depending on your design.  Samples are assembled and shipped within 3-5 days.  Please note that the amount of time for your order to be assembled depends on the complexity of the design as well as the quantity desired, please keep time in mind when you are getting ready to place your order.  All orders take 5-10 days for shipping. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional charge.

      Q.When should I mail my invitations?

      A.Invitations should be mailed at least six weeks prior to the wedding date. People planning a summer or holiday wedding often choose to send Save the Date cards anywhere from four to six months before the event. Save the Date cards allow out-of-town guests plan their travel arrangements far enough in advance.


      Q. Can I find your invitations in a store, or another online shop?

      A. No, all of our designs are uniquely designed by us and are exclusive to Lime Paper Expressions.


      Q.What printing methods do you use?

      A.We use both offset/digital printing and letterpress (upon request).  Digital printing is a CMYK printing process. That means that we are not limited to certain colors, and that having multiple colors on a single invitation will not increase the price of your invitation.  Letterpress, however, is more limited and each additional color will add to the costs.  This is because we must create a separate plate for each color that the image has.  For this reason, letterpress invitations do cost more than digital invitations, so we only offer letterpress printing upon request.  All of our invitations can be formatted for letterpress.  If you would like a price quote for a letterpress design please email us and we will send you a estimate.  Please be as specific as possible when you email us so we can provide you with the best possible estimate.


      Q. Do you have a quality guarantee?

      A.Yes. We Invitations uses the very best in paper and envelopes and we take pride in our printing and our stationery. We do not offer refunds or returns on our products since we go to such great lengths to make sure you know exactly what you are receiving by sending you as many samples and digital images as it takes to get your invitation perfect.  However, if you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will take actions to make sure you are completely satisfied.
