Built in 1907 as a cigar factory, this beautiful brick structure is home today to the Lions Eye Institute for Transplant & Research. Complete with original brick walls and period reproduction light fixtures the ballroom creates a warm glow which makes it the perfect location for your next event. The Ballroom is 4500 square feet and can accommodate up to 230 guests.
