Hello Everyone, We found a cute 1930's bungalow in Napa Valley that is located on Silverado Trail in Napa ( a few miles from downtown), it has been owned by the same family since the 30s's when it was built and I just could not pass up the charm. Jesse has not even seen it so I hope Dylan and Jesse love it:). It is a little nerve wracking! The couple have children in college now so they are planning on traveling and we are renting the home.
It has a lemon tree outside the kitchen window which I can't wait to make fresh lemonade this summer! :)
It is a humble 2 bedrooms with an attic that will be used for a playroom /guest room. I love the backyard which is peaceful and has a lovely backporch that I can see myself drinking coffee in the mornings while Dylan plays in the backyard. Or of course enjoying some wine when we are lucky to have friends & family over visiting. Of course we would love to see everyone and if you are ever in Napa Valley we would love to host you for a few nites in our simple guest room if you give us dates.
