We have a very large tablecloth inventory, in many colors, fabrics, prints and sizes.
We're open and our Rental Consultants will assist you, 9-5:30 M-F, 9-4 on Saturdays, we're closed Sundays. Appointments are not required, but reserve a time for immediate service, except Saturdays which is always "1st come, 1st served". There is no charge for an event or wedding rental planning session.
We have many New Items, displays, pictures and samples to see in our rental showroom.
We accept telephone reservations and inquires during the above hours. We will also provide price quotes by return email for specific quantities and/or advise of availability for selected dates. Please come by our showroom and pickup a complementary copy of The Brides of Oklahoma magazine, it's filled with wonderful table decorating ideas for any occasion. Rental equipment for May or June weekends should be reserved immediately. Rentals for other dates should be reserved at least thirty days in advance for large quantities. We have a rental information brochure and complete price list for our entire inventory available in our showroom. Sales tax, delivery, refundable security deposit and tent permits (if required) are additional. We will require a deposit when we enter your reservation; credit cards accepted. All prices are per day, extended rental rates are available. We will deliver the day before, or the morning of, your one day event; and pickup in the afternoon or the morning after, for the one day price. We do not count Sundays or the holidays we're closed, when computing rental rates. We can often leave the tents up extra days at no additional charge, if needed. Our customers may also pickup and return rentals items at the above address; except tents, which must be installed by our delivery crews.
