It works! The taste of the meals is great. It is easy! The variety of health bars is awesome. The meals are quick and easy to prepare. Just add water to the soups, shakes, pudding, brownies, oatmeal, and eggs and you have an instant meal. Perfect for traveling or a buy lifestyle! It is affordable! I have actually saved money by using Medifast. Best of all I lost 68 pounds in 5 months and have KEPT it off! I highly recommend it.
