Working with a group like Memoirs was a first for me and my fiance. First of all they seemed expensive and the chef looked very young. After we began to work with him and his staff all we had to do was sit back and let them do everything for our event. The food was excellent, service was a bit scattered but heart felt, and way they do business made us write this review so hopefully they get noticed. We only wish we had the kind of income to book them anytime we wanted. Expensive, but worth the experience.
