Niagara Gourmet strives to create a memorable dining experience for your guests as they join you in celebrating this very special event in your life. We are passionate about food and when the reception is over, we want you and your guests to remember how wonderful everything was, but especially the food! From our many years of event planning experience, we know firsthand how important it is to make sure that all of the details are taken care of. We will consult with you on the presentation, the service, and the venue for your event, in addition to discussing with you menu options for your wedding celebration. We use only the freshest ingredients, personally selected by Chef David Paquet, and whenever possible obtained from Niagara's own farmers.
