Maria was recommended to us as we were planning a 20th wedding anniversary while staying in Kailua. She was so helpful over the phone and had such wonderful menu suggestions. She arrived with everything she needed and prepared the most delicious and beautiful dinner for my family. She was so cheerful and made the evening into a perfect memory for my whole family. She left the kitchen spotless! We can't wait to hire her for an upcoming house warming party we are planning!

Maria was outstanding & provided our group of 18 adults with a combination of wonderful meals over 5 nights. She was extremely helpful and happy to work with us regarding our requirements. I would recommend Maria as a great alternative to 'doing it yourself'!

Maria catered our December North Shore wedding for 20 people.

Everything was arranged by email, she accommodated our changes as the wedding date neared and the food was great.

Maria's wasabi poke was amazing and we had guests searching the island the next day for poke. But nothing compared to Maria's recipe!

The way she set up the buffet table was beautiful. We were very happy with everything.

Maria prepared a great meal on site for four of us. She brought in all the food, prepared it, and cleaned the kitchen better than she found it. A great conversationalist, and fantastic chef. I just wish she lived closer to us (Atlanta) so we could use her more often.

Maria & her assistant were the perfect choice for our daughters wedding in Oahu. She thought of everything even things that I forgot to consider. This was not an easy task considering we did all the planning by phone & email because we live in Texas. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't need to do anything. She arranged the tables with Hawaiian flowers, and set up all the delicious food so that everything looked as good as it tasted! They even packed up all the leftover food for us & cleaned everything up before leaving. Our daughters Wedding wouldn't have been complete without all of Maria's hard work! We definitely plan on using her again when we celebrate our Anniversay in Hawaii in a few years.

Maria did a wonderful job preparing a private dinner for six of us while on vacation in Hawaii. We will definitely have her cater for us again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a high quality dining experience.

Maria is wonderful! She arranged the best family reunion Luau we’ve ever had. Her food and service was great. She also arranged the music and hula dancers for us.

They were very pleasant to work with, were always responsive and seemed a part of the family on Thanksgiving Day! They managed to cook a meal that served both the meat eaters and vegetarians of the family.
