First of all, this website does NOT have a toll free number. Should you have questions / problems with the website, the support team replies 48 hours after your e-mail has been sent Monday through Friday. Secondly, once your guests have selected a gift and ready to make a payment. The website is often temporary out of order. To that end, several of your guests miss the opportunity to contribute / donate to your registry.
