Painted Hills Banquet Facility

Only 20 minutes from Downtown, we are prepared to make your next event a success in every way. Known as "The Fairway", our main (5000 sq. ft.) banquet/meeting room can be set up to facilitate an intimate party of 30 to full celebration of 250 guests, 375 if you flow onto the outdoor, festively tented patio.

The Fairway Room on the upper level features floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious attached veranda; an ideal setting for an outdoor ceremony.  The Victory Room on the lower level is the perfect site for the more casual event with several flat-screen televisions and a bar-and-grill atmosphere.  Painted Hills’ all-inclusive banquet facility specializes in superb service at an excellent value.

Painted Hills is centrally located in the Kansas City metro, and just 7 minutes directly east of The Legends (Village West) and Kansas Speedway. Hotels and shopping abound. Painted Hills' professional and responsive staff is second to none, and would be honored to help you host a most memorable and successful special event.

We seat up to 270 inside the Fairway Room with additional seating available outside.  Amenities include a built-in dance floor, fireplace, and large oak bar. Our large veranda offers a panoramic view and overlooks the manicured ninth green and first tee. Our buffet line, should you choose that menu option, will be decorated with your colors. 

The Victory Room seats up to 200 in a casual and relaxed environment.  Choose an appetizer, breakfast, lunch or dinner buffet for your class or family reunion, holiday party or  golf outing.
