Lauren and Mark 2009-10-13

I am so happy to be posting this wedding, I feel like I have been working on it off and on forever!!! :) There were soooo many beautiful shots from the day, it was very hard to narrow them down. Not to mention that these two are both very photogenic and I have yet to see a bad photo of Lauren.........

So, there are a lot of photos of Lauren..... :) We did a pre bridal at 7am one morning the week before the wedding and I am so glad that we did. I loved that she wore her hair very natural, I think that the photos are some of my favorite pre-bridals!!!

I have to point out how handsome Mark looked as well, they really make a beautiful couple.....

My favorite of Mark from the day:

One of my favorite moments from the day, Lauren seeing Mark. It was at this point she looked straight at him and only him, and I could see a look of pure joy in her smile.

Then, I think that there is just something so classic and old-fashioned about this one. Lauren's dad was slow and deliberate when he placed her hand to Mark's........

Then, the beautiful couple, all married!!!!

Why I have this obsession with people and their hands I don't know, but I think this is sweet.......

I typically wouldn't go for a stain glass photo, but the light coming through this window at this particular time of the day was extraordinay..........

A quick shot of the Waterfront Place Ballroom, it looked amazing...........

Then, they really wanted this shot, and I do aim to please, so here you go!!! A view from the top....... :)

The entire day was incredible!!! Congratulations Mark and Lauren!!!!! Thank you for everything!!!!

LeAnn and Joe 2009-09-29

Congratulations LeAnn and Joe! This wedding was breathtaking, every part of it, the two of them together, the flowers, the endless details LeAnn worked out........all in a picture perfect setting at Stonewall Resort............

I think I may have taken well over 100 photos of flowers this day. :) They were unreal. Cara from Blooms put this all together and I had not seen anything quite like it. I can not say how amazing everything looked in person.

LeAnn's bouquet was perfect:

The wedding was small and they were married on the balcony on the back side of the hotel. The wedding took place just as the sun was setting..........

I loved these flower balls on the chairs. Their is actually a formal name for them, but I can't remember it..... :)

Then, the table that people were stopping just to stare at while they walked by:

This is a closeup of the charger under the dinner plate. I think that Janet's people (or Janet) put these together. The chargers were clear and the menu's were printed on vellum. It was a really nice touch to the table.

And then there was LeAnn's shoes. I took another 100 of these. I love the tree photos and the one below the best. Joe went to A LOT of trouble to get these shoes for her, so I wanted to be sure to cover them adequately. As a side note, I believe that following the wedding, LeAnn was thinking she would send them to Manolo and have them dyed black for future wear.

They decided to do all of their photos before the wedding, which was really sweet and allowed them to really enjoy their time with the guests later. I always love this part. (to see the rest you will need to watch the slideshow)

As much as I love to do the fun couple photos, my favorite part of the wedding day is always the ceremony. This photo is toward the end, when they know that they are offically married, just before the kiss. They look so happy, it is one of my favorite shots of the day.

I watched Joe's Grandparent's all during the ceremony and they were so sweet holding hands. I had to share this one:

And, I wanted to say a very special thank you to Janet for bringing me a "Happy Birthday" surprise! And, I will tell you that I ate every bite of this and it tasted like heaven.

Allyson + Bill 2009-09-21

Congratulations Allyson and Bill!

Allyson and Bill were married at the beautiful Greenbrier Resort on a pefect day in August. We had not met in person prior to this weekend, so we got together for a little while the evening prior to the wedding and did some couple photos.

They look so sweet together, I am really glad we were able to do this in between their busy evening schedule! :)

After a busy morning of hair and makeup, the time quickly approached for the wedding and Allyson looked stunning. She has the most incredible eyes so this was one of my favorites of her:

This photo is Allyson leaving the Presidentail Suite on her way to the wedding. There are several others like this on her way down and I really like them all!

I love the glance that Allyson's dad gives to her just before they make it to Bill.......

Bill looked handsome too, and his eyes went to straight to Allyson during her walk down the aisle.

There was a brief hint of rain drops during the beginning of the ceremony, but, it held off and all was well. I call this photo "rain check".

Always one of my favorites!

We had a little time to take some casual portraits of them prior to the reception.

Becca + Matt 2009-09-12

Church: Immaculate Conception, Clarksburg WV

Reception Venue: Bridgeport Conference Center

Band: (need to update this info, but they are a really awesome band....)

 

This was such a fun day. I was so excited to get to try some different very non traditional photos with them, but we did take normal ones too! :) Becca put so much time and thought into each and every detail of the day. Even the gifts were thoughtful and went well with the wedding. She got the flower girls tiny replica flower girl dresses from American Girl that matched thier dresses, how sweet is that???

And, since I personally am a big fan of Kate Spade anything, I LOVED these shoes:

I loved them so much more because they were pink on the inside, so perfect for a wedding day shoe. :)

And, Becca looked stunning, which made my job quite easy for the day.........

The flowers were incredible, all of them, from the church to the girls, to the reception, PERFECT.

The chuch is beautiful anyway, but I loved all the flowers at the end of each pew.

Ahhh....sweet.......
