Posh Productions Inc., formerly Posh Parties, was founded in 1979. Carol and her staff have extensive knowledge, years of experience and a deep appreciation for both domestic and international cuisines. Ms. Miller has traveled extensively, broadening her culinary expertise, and has assisted award-winning cookbook authors and master chefs in presentations on television and in person.

Ms. Miller has also contributed a life story and recipe to the "Chicken Soup for the Soul" Cookbook, by #1 New York Times Best Selling Authors Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen and Diana von Welanetz Wentworth.

Ms. Miller is certified with Women & Minority Business Enterprise of California, a member of Les Dames D'Escoffier International the Orange County Chapter, NAWBO-National Association of Women Business Owners, ISES-International Event Society, International Caterers Association, MPI-Meeting Planners International and the Anaheim/Orange County Visitor and Convention Bureau.
