Samantha and Matt Wedding | Boracay, Philippines | Photography 2012-01-09

My friends Samantha and Matt flew me out to shoot their wedding in Boracay, Philippines.  Let me just tell you, I had an amazing time!  Boracay is beautiful.  I met so many cool people and massage is only $8!  I was in paradise.  The governor of Guam, Eddie Calvo was their to marry them since he was Matt’s uncle.  How awesome is that?! It was definitely a journey to get to Boracay.  We first flew to Manila then flew to another island then rode on a little bike called tric that can fit couple people then on a home made wooden boat then another tric to get to our hotel.  I even had two workers from the beach come to pick me up from the boat to the beach, riding on their locked arms.  I feel very blessed to have this job as a wedding photographer and get lucky enough to travel to different places in the world! Island Woman 2009-12-04

I was flown out to San Diego again to shoot a friends wedding.  My music producer also wanted to make a music video so my homie hooked me up with a video.  The song is Island Woman and has been popular around Guam and has played in Hawaii  a few times.  You can see the video below and add my music myspace page at www.myspace.com/myong. San Diego Wedding Photography | Aurora & Jose 2009-12-16

Aurora, my dear friend, flew me out to San Diego from Guam to photograph her wedding.  I felt so flattered and honored that she wanted only me to photograph her wedding.  It was a great opportunity for me to see my good friends and photograph a beautiful wedding.  I especially love the first photo below which I made it look like it was snowing in San Diego.  Jose and Aurora are such beautiful couples and I can feel it everytime I was around them and when I see their eyes in the photos.  Love is what we live for isn’t it?  Enjoy the photos and play the slideshow below to see more and to hear an awesome song!

Guam Photography | Natalia Faculo 2010-01-04

I had the priviledge of photographing a local talent and friend, Natalia Faculo.  She came back from California for a Christmas break and I had to grab her for a photo session.  She’s a local musician (guitar player and an amazing singer) who can be seen playing at Casa monday nights.  Natalia is also an aspiring photographer herself.  Natalia and I go way back.  She used to be in our Tang Soo Do class back in 1997 or so.  I didn’t recognize her after being away from Guam for so long and seeing her grow up to be a head strong and kind woman.  Here are some photos.

Wedding Album | Angela & Bryan 2010-04-03

My first wedding of 2010 was with Angela and Bryan on January 2nd.  The wedding was held at Nikko hotel in Guam and the weather was once again perfectly sunny.  One day I’m gonna get a rainy one and what a fun challenge that will be.  I especially love the photo with the couple dancing.  Just her smile while Bryan kissing her forehead seem so priceless.  Enjoy their wedding album design.
