Irene Swain, Non-Denominational Minister, serving couples in the Santa Fe, NM and surrounding area for 20 years. Each wedding is created with your personal vision of your marriage, respecting your religious, spiritual or civil beliefs and your cultural traditions. Any help with information on locations and other vendors is offered. I also have a small garden room chapel for an intimate ceremony.

Santa Fe New Mexico is a wonderful place to get married whether just the two of you or traveling guests.  It is very easy to get married here in Santa Fe. There is no waiting time for a marriage license and all that is needed is your drivers license and currently $25.00.  If you live outside the US, your passport is accepted.  There are also many local outside venues and natural sites such as gallery gardens and our great Hyde Park National Forest on the way to the ski basin.  For a small wedding many bed and breakfast locations offer sweet outside and inside locations for your wedding.  For a larger wedding there are various intimate hotels with outside and inside venues.  Many of our museums are available for weddings.  When your wedding is in Santa Fe don't be surprised if all of your guests come!

It is my intention to work as close with each couple as time allows to create the ceremony that is special to them.  It is your wedding. My role is to serve you, your beliefs and the harmony and joy of your ceremony. I am also happy to offer any information to help you create your wedding from the 20years of officiating and the 35 years of living in Santa Fe.
