It is disappointing to get a negative review from s. ali as we don't believe it was deserved. This client is upset about expecting 3 individuals from our team on her event day but receiving 2 even though it did not impact the logistics of the event at all. We did not at any point guarantee 3 team members. In fact our 2-man team arrived 4 hours prior to the event start time (much earlier then we generally do) to ensure everything was prepared for the first guest arrival and it was. Our lead coordinator was even at this client's house at midnight the day before the event waiting for the client to have all of the information ready that we had been waiting on for weeks. It is unfortunate that the stress of being thoroughly disoranized and not providing our team the information they required has resulted in the client being upset about something that did not even impact her event.
She has completely discounted the help we provided including helping her save money with our limo service and florist, even though this was outside the scope of our contract. We have emails where she has thanked us for all of our support and stress relief leading up to the event.
We at no point backed out of any of our contractual obligations and worked extremely hard for this client.

Raana makes lots of promises and makes you feel like she or her team will take care and make sure your big day is PERFECT. however, on your big day be ready for MAJOR disappointment. Her team is not professional coordinators. I, the bride had a total breakdown due to false verbal commitments made by Raana - even worst she did not do anything to calm me down. I can write forever all the things they did wrong - my advise would be that make sure you get a written & signed copy of all the things she promises to you. and good luck if you hire them.
