TERRIBLE SERVICE!


I ordered a bridal bouquet from Silk Wedding Designs. It shipped to my job in less than a week, and it's beautiful. Only problem is, it's not the one I ordered. They shipped me a BRIDESMAID'S bouquet, not a BRIDAL bouquet. It's way too small for me to use, so I emailed Silk Wedding Designs, THREE TIMES to ask how to go about returning it or even exchanging it for the correct bouquet, but I have yet to get a response. I even threatened them with legal action, but I guess they don't care. I guess they figure I can't do anything about it since I'm not even in the same country. I have decided that since I am stuck with this bouquet, and it is very pretty, I will use it as my throw bouquet.

Silk Wedding Designs designed and made our wedding flowers in July this year.

They understood what we wanted, developed our personal ideas using their own creativity, and constructed the most beautiful wedding flowers i could have dreamed of.
My bridal bouquet, bridemaid's posies and childrens flowers were custom designed to perfection and they even created buttonholes and corsages for all our guests.

Everything was delivered on time and in budget and their customer service was just wonderful.
All the staff that we dealt with were professional and understanding, even down to tweaking and amending our order at the last minute.

Our flowers were delivered by courier, well packaged and wrapped in luxurious paper.
I can only recommend there service and designs. They also sell the most fabulous range of wedding accessories, petals, pull bows, balloons and butterflies and silk and artificial wedding flowers for brides that want to make their own or just to brighten up the house!
