Born in 1976 and raised in Utah, Mark Slagowski remembers wanting to be an artist since childhood. By watching his father paint he gained a knowledge and appreciation for the arts. Working with other local artists such as Dennis Smith, Kraig Varner, and Gary E. Smith has helped to inspire and direct his work.
