Clean Puppies!!!! 2009-03-09

They got baths, I couldn't take any of Jezebel, she gets bathed outside and while she loves the water, she hates baths, so it is a struggle to get her bathed and I always end up wet from head to toe! Comet does not like being bathed outside but will do the bath tub! So I took some pics of him in there and Jezebel watching him, thankful I am sure, that she was done with hers. Then they ran around the house so hyper to be all clean! I love puppies!!!!!

CAPTURED!!! (the booth) 2009-03-13

Get crazy, we don't mind!

So, this is a new thing that we are thinking of doing at our weddings. A photo booth of sorts, we were lucky enough that Wildflower Center already had the fabulous corrugated steel that makes my heart melt and is just oh-so perfect with this light. We are going to try to incorporate it into all the Captured! booths we set up in the future. If we can't do that we will find something as equally awesome if not more awesome! We decided to test it out last weekend at Kelly and Seth's wedding and we got some great shots! We are looking forward to setting it up at one of our next weddings, just a couple of weeks away. Kelly + Seth 2009-03-13

I know, I know! This is a huge post but I love this couple they are so cute and sweet and super fun details that Denise with Soiree put together, it was just really hard! The wedding took place last weekend at the Wildflower Center, which is one of my favorite places to shoot, gorgeous scenery at every turn. Denise sent me an email one day and said I have a couple that I think would be perfect for you! She was right. Kelly, Seth and I spent a few hours together when we photographed their engagement session and just got along like we were old pals. I loved all the details and the aubergine and navy colors, tied together so seamlessly. It was overcast but that was fine with us, it made for some cooler weather, which had been warmer during the week, even given the early month of March. I have to say everything went smooth and once again gotta love the coordinators! Kelly and Seth, thank you so much for allowing me to do what I do and here are my favorites from the day! A special thanks to all the vendors, these guys all rock and I am so lucky to work with them quite frequently!

So the fabulous Grey Likes Weddings picked up some of my weddings AND has added to her awesome blogroll call, the ever impressive 'fashionista vista', one of my most favorite brides, to be a guest host on her blog.
