Sound Express insures your wedding will be perfectly orchestrated because we personally meet with every bride and groom to plan your day. Weddings are a once in a life time event. You only get one chance to make it right. Let Sound Express make sure that happens.

Congratulations and I would love to be apart of you wedding day. I have a very unique and exciting way of handling your needs. I have spent 20 years perfecting this format.

1. I meet every bride & groom in person normally a month before the event.

2.  I plan every step from start to finish the way you want it done. I will offer ideas and help but you will decide how you want everything planed.

3. The day of the wedding I will make sure everything is ready before each step is taken. For example while you are mingling with your guests after dinner if we are to toast next I will make sure that everyone gets something to toast with, get all of the wedding party back to the head table, get both of your parents back to their seats and finally tell the photographer we are ready for the toast. Once this is done then I will tap you and your new husband on the shoulder and say we are ready. What this does is keep things moving and not bothering you or your families with the details.  Allot of companies say they meet with you but we plan with you.

4.  You will pick the music you want. I want to know what will make your day and what will destroy you day. Things like a death in the family and that song was played at the funeral. You or the groom might have been married before and that was the first dance from the first wedding. With out asking these hard questions we can't know what will go wrong.

5.   Our DJ would be the host and MC. He will keep the guests informed and interested and as a 19 year professional I understand the fun starts long before we ever dance. You have to grab the guests and keep them involved to have a great party.

6.  The setup and tear down is free

7. Two (2) systems are included one for the ceremony and one for the reception. This way we are not waiting on me. (If needed)

8. No hidden cost everything you need from a DJ & PA stand point is included. (Wireless mic, Lapel for the ceremony and so on).

9.  We will be your host and MC for the day. We will gain focus from your guests and direct it to were it needs to be. For example letting everyone know about your arrival, instead of asking for their attention we gain focus by welcoming the guests and talking a little about why we are all gathered today. Once they are all listening then you announce the wedding party. This way they are involved and apart of each step. This is the true way to success at any event.

10.  Finally I have been in this business again for 20 years. My company is celebrating 30 years of wedding service. I truly was one of the first three companies in the central valley. I am still here and doing about 400 events as a company every year.

I have enclosed a demo video, referral list. I have a 30 minute presentation I would like to show you and your family about my business. I encourage you to meet with not only me but any DJ you are looking at hiring. You need to get out and talk person to person with anyone you are looking to have on your wedding day. There is one chance to get this right. There are little things that can go wrong and no one will notice. Your entertainment is not one of them. As the host and MC 80% of the success of your event falls on us it hast to be perfect. If you treat the planning of your event like a production and hire the right director (The DJ) it all goes so right.
