i have never seen such bad customer service. i e-mailed several times and called a million times the week of my party and no one would pick up so i left several messages and no one called me back even until the day of my party and i was getting worried and frustrated. when i finally got a hold of someone she had the nerve to tell me that no one would call back cause of how super super busy they are which i thought was bs. worse customer service ever. the bus driver was nice but that was it. its bs how u cant reduce ur numbers when they need to consider that emergencies happen so i was forced to pay over the number of people.and thats why i tried to get a hold of someone there well in advance. i've had friends have the same problems with this company. i don't understand how they still get customers. i wont be dealing with them again and i wont recommend them also. very disappointing.

Well my experience is really upsetting. It starts with being lead on to believe that my party will be taken care of, and that i am in good hands. However, as time goes by, it becomes more and more difficult to get a hold of anyone. I sent an email, i left several messages, i called everyday for about two weeks and no one ever got back to me. When someone finally did pick up the phone, they told me they would call me right back so we could settle the down payment. I never heard back. I was left in limbo until the day before my party. After trying to call all throughout the day, thats when I realized that the party was not going to happen and i was never going to get through to anyone. Believe me, this is not something you want to go through. It will completely ruin your mood on your special day. Worst service of my life!!! I don`t even understand how this business is still operating!
