It was difficult to get someone to pick up the phone, they only go by appointments after you leave a message. I was affraid that on my wedding day the chairs weren't there on time but they were. The quality of the chairs were great. They gave me each chiavari chairs for $4 and they can even go lower. They are great, I will definetively use them again for any other occassion.
