When I originally booked Mr.Thomas there was no mention that it wouldn't be him showing up but rather a different gentleman all together. The man who showed up to perform our ceremony was more nervous than my fiance (now my husband, hopefully) and myself. A lot was skipped during the ceremony or just simply not mentioned. First, I had asked for a rose ceremony for the mothers, that never happened and second, no candle lighting ceremony. Third, when we scheduled with Connie we asked for a receipt or a confirmation of payment...never received it. My overall experience was less than desired. Now, its been 3 weeks since the wedding day and we paid extra for pictures...no e-mail and no phone call about the pictures. I hope others have a better experience.
