Hello, my name is Bob Herzog and I am the Violinist of The Starlight Violin, and a former Phoenix Symphony musician.  Having been one of the major string music contractors in Greater Phoenix for 12 years, and personally performing in the last 25 years many hundreds of weddings, helps to ensure that your ceremony music will flow smoothly and there will be no "surprises".  Additionally, I will personally coordinate the music transitions with your wedding consultant.

Your wedding music can "make or break" your ceremony.  It is therefore important to choose a reputable musician, basing your decision on professionalism and experience, and not on price alone.

There are 3 OPTIONS available with The Starlight Violin.

OPTION 1 - The Starlight Violin offers an ACOUSTIC (non-amplified) SOLO VIOLINIST, performing the melody only.  This elegant presentation is very suitable for smaller, more intimate gatherings (maybe 50 people or less).

OPTION 2 - The Starlight Violin will add portable amplification to Option 1, at your request. This will add depth and dimension, and also make it more suitable for a larger gathering. There is no extra cost for this additional service, just mention that you want "Option 2".

OPTION 3 - The Starlight Violin also offers Arizona's ONLY Accompanied/Amplified (A&A) SOLO VIOLINIST, combining the elegance of the "live" Violinist, performing with exclusively prerecorded keyboard accompaniments.  It's like getting two professional musicians for the price of one, making it a very good value.  This presentation provides a full, rich sound with chord structure and rhythm and includes portable amplification.  It is well heard, even in an outdoor setting, and yet can be toned down for smaller venues.

Additionally, I am one of only a handful of professional "Strolling" Violinists in Arizona. You may also request me to include up to one half hour of acoustic "Strolling Violin", as a portion of your total time package, to provide some variety from the "in place" performance. This is particularly appropriate for your Cocktail Hour and/or Reception Dinner. There are no additional fees for this unique service, and it can be included with any of the above 3 options.
