Ceremony
At the Victorian Pitkin Conrow Estate, we provide flexible wedding packages that allow the bride and groom to hand-pick their desired service providers to create a personalized wedding experience. The versatile packages allow for unlimited choices for ceremony style, floral designs, and more. Unlike other wedding sites, you are not obligated to use an appointed officiant.
Ceremonies have a capacity of 300. The price ranges from $1500 to $2500. Ceremony packages include 3 hours of site use and a 1 hour rehearsal time on the Friday before the event. Seating is provided for 200 (additional chairs can be rented.) Two changing rooms are provided in the historic bunkhouses. The floral designer of your choice provides ceremony decorations. Parking for 300 is provided.
Reception
Tables and chairs are provided for up to 200 (additional tables and chairs can be rented.) Gift, sign-in, and cake tables are provided, a buffet table can be provided by the caterer of your choosing. A bartender may be provided by your caterer, if desired. You may bring your own alcoholic beverages. China, stemware, and flatware are provided for your caterer to use. A full commerical kitchen is available for an additional fee.
The floral designer of your choice provides reception decorations. Electrical outlets are provided for your selected DJ.

It's a beautiful summer day on the Central Coast of California as Jim and Wendy get ready to take their Wedding Vows. August 12, 2006 finds family and friends gathering at the exquisite gardens of the Victorian Pitkin Conrow Estate in Arroyo Grande, CA.
Jim and Wendy had met for their Engagement photos at an equally beautiful Italian Restaurant in San Luis Obispo, where I learned about their humorous way of looking at life, which took a center ring on their wedding day when they were toasted (roasted) by the fathers of the Bride and Groom. All in all, there's is a wedding to remember!
