Amanda wanted a mountain photoshoot at the Cliffs at Glassy Mountain Chapel.  What a beautiful day!   Amanda was quite a trooper.  She braved the cold and wind to give us a beautiful mountain top photo session that she will remember for a lifetime.

Tiffany and Richard at Oconee Station Falls 2010-03-14

Tiffany and Richard wanted to have their engagement session someplace out of the ordinary.  We have been dying to do a photoshoot at Oconee Station Falls ever since we found it last fall.  It is so easy to get to.  No hike, just a bit of a walk from the road in Oconee County.  Tiffany and Richard really enjoyed the waterfall, beautiful forest and beaver pond.  They really enjoyed each other, the views and occasionally remembered we were there for some photos too!


We all enjoyed our time there and wrapped up the shoot just as the sky fell.  Perfect timing! (more...)

Family Easter Photos 2010-03-27

One of our brides came back to us for some wonderful Easter photos.  We brought out our in studio rabbits, Roger and Buggs for the family session along the banks of the Reedy River.  It was hard to get the little ones to give back these cute bunnies once they snuggled up to them...

Wedding at Gassaway Mansion - Coleece and Bryan

We had a great time shooting this wedding at the Gassaway Mansion today. It is always a pleasure shooting weddings there. We shot this wedding with Mike & Tammy from Unforgettable Wedding Vidography. They do amazing work!

I loved it when the Clemson University Tiger came out with the bride and groom!  What a great time!!

This was the first time working with Leanne from Events By Lady Lee. She did an amazing job planning the wedding as well as executing those plans today.

Holly's Cakes was the wedding cake vendor. And as usual, her cake was amazing. The icing was perfect. I cannot think of another way to put it but pure confection perfection.

The menu provided by the Gassaway tonight was fantastic. Pork tenderloin, Shrimp and fruit.

Amanda and Eric’s Wedding at Pretty Place 2011-05-15

 

It was a wonderful day for Amanda and Eric’s wedding.  Pretty Place, part of the YMCA camp in northern Greenville county, is a beautiful chapel with an amazing view, high in the mountains.  This couple so in love it made taking photos easy.  We have great weather till the formals. Once we had all the formal photos done, we took some time with Amanda and Eric.  It is easy to see how in love with each other they are.  The showers cleared  and brought out an amazing rainbow for the final photo.  Then off to the reception at Conestee Falls Country Club.

Kendel an Nick’s Post Wedding Photo Session 2010-07-31

Kendel and Nick were married at the Cliffs at Glassy Mountain.  We had perfect weather, an amazing location and a beautiful bride and groom.  Unfortunately, we also had very little time on their wedding day to photograph the couple around the beautiful mountain top.  Kendel and Nick agreed to get back into their wedding attire and do another photo shoot!  The results?  WOW!!!  What a wonderful shoot!!!!  What do you think?!!??

Sally and Mark were married at Simpsonville First Baptist Church Chapel!  This quaint little chapel built in 1914 had beautiful stained glass windows.  After the wedding, we all headed to Larkins on the River for the reception.  Kim from All in the Details kept everything perfect.

Stacey’s Bridal Shoot – Willow Creek Conservatory – Spartanburg Fire Station 2010-08-30

Stacey’s Bridal Shoot was a two part journey.  We first photographed Stacey at Willow Creek Conservatory.  Her wedding and reception will be here in a few weeks.  Willow Creek has so many wonderful picturesque locations, the covered bridge, the Old Ballenger Mill, and the flowered Gazebos.  Even the main house is beautiful.

After a wonderful shoot at Willow Creek, we started part II at her fiancee’s fire station.  Roy, her husband to be, is a Fire Fighter in Spartanburg.  So we had to have fun in the station with Stacey in her beautiful dress!
