The price offered by the travel agent is exactly what you can get by yourself so no benefit. The experience of the travel agent was pathetic since she has not much experience. I ended up paying more for the airline ticket because she forgot to make a courtesy hold up of the tickets. They screw up the charge and my credit card company ended up rejecting the charges. The travel itinerary took 48 hours so imagine what kind of quality service you get through the "expert" travel agents that Tripology referred to you. I contacted Tripology and after an initial e-mail from customer service nothing at all so the professionalism is kind of non existent I also checked with BBB and they are not a BBB member. BEWARE!
