I will be honest and fair. Ven's is very good at what he does but, his customer service skills are horrible. His prices are very high compared to others and for the cost of retaining his services; he should focus on providing much better customer service. Beware! Ven will try to up-sell you at every opportunity he gets. Once he receives your payment, the chase begins! You will spend a lot of time attempting to reach him and continuously remind him to get your package completed and delivered. He makes excuses and normally deflects accountability for his lack of delivery and promises. Ven is interested in getting paid rather than taking care of his customers. I ran into another client who was frustrated on how long it took Ven to deliver her albums / packages. Ven has a gigantic ego and sometimes comes off as cocky. When a customer of any business is paying a higher premium than they should pay, that business should do everything reasonably possible to provide exceptional customer service and this is something that Ven does not focus on. To sum things up, I will never refer any of my friends or relatives to Ven, even though his work is great. Quite frankly, you would be better off going with someone cheaper for comparable work and have a better overall experience / bang for your buck. Notice that I was nice enough to rate him with 2 stars. If I had this information prior to retaining Ven's service, I would have shopped elsewhere. Take heed and shop elsewhere!

Greek Love An Alpha/Delta Wedding 2011-12-21

11.11.11 was a very busy day as well as the entire weekend. We had to Fraternity weddings on Friday and two more weddings on Saturday. Fellow Frat brother J Wiggins from OKC come in to photograph with me and we had a blast. Our wedding on Friday featured the Union of Lakita Little and Broderick Mckinney. Producing The Best “Felicia Middlebrook and Tony Hill 2011-12-23

This was on e of the weddings that my wife and I did where we really put some work into. Most people never see the wedding albums in the entirety so we wanted to share one that we have a copy of in the studio. We get such great feedback from the album so we wanted to share. We worked with Felicia Middlebrook (radio personality on news radio in the mornings). Felicia genuinely loved our work

Art Nielsen 2011-10-06

I had the wonderful privilege this past year to photograph Arthur Nielsen Jr. Nielsen Co had gone public and he was being issued the first stock certificate. I met with Mr Nielsen in his Northbrook office with Vice Chair Susan Whiting. Mr Nielsen was a man with great character and I really enjoyed the conversation with him. Not many times are you able to meet someone who is a pioneer of modern day times and it was truly an honor being able to meet him

Packed House On Friday 2011-08-15

Thanks to everyone on friday that came out. It was a great friday summer evening. We had tons of fun and the photo contest went will. Voting will be opening later today. We had a packed house and everyone enjoyed themselves. Thanks Niehla O for the shrimp dip. A-Ya to Ishmael Jones on the drums and Fred on the bass and T -Soul with the band for their outstanding play. We had to stop them from playing in order for people to go home.
