I will be honest and fair. Ven's is very good at what he does but, his customer service skills are horrible. His prices are very high compared to others and for the cost of retaining his services; he should focus on providing much better customer service. Beware! Ven will try to up-sell you at every opportunity he gets. Once he receives your payment, the chase begins! You will spend a lot of time attempting to reach him and continuously remind him to get your package completed and delivered. He makes excuses and normally deflects accountability for his lack of delivery and promises. Ven is interested in getting paid rather than taking care of his customers. I ran into another client who was frustrated on how long it took Ven to deliver her albums / packages. Ven has a gigantic ego and sometimes comes off as cocky. When a customer of any business is paying a higher premium than they should pay, that business should do everything reasonably possible to provide exceptional customer service and this is something that Ven does not focus on. To sum things up, I will never refer any of my friends or relatives to Ven, even though his work is great. Quite frankly, you would be better off going with someone cheaper for comparable work and have a better overall experience / bang for your buck. Notice that I was nice enough to rate him with 2 stars. If I had this information prior to retaining Ven's service, I would have shopped elsewhere. Take heed and shop elsewhere!
