This is in response to Jessicas review. Jessy was well aware before the contract was signed that only a certain number of photographs that were taken would be on the online proofing, and it was written in the contract that approx 200 photos would be posted and currently there are 302. Also Jessica was aware from the first emails, for all photographs that the option was to purchase the disc with copyrights for only $500 and she chose at this point not to do that. Communication was very clear what she could expect. She also had run well over an hour late and so the 'before' photographs were rushed which leads us to get only the must have photos and not as much freedom to get fun and photojournalistic ones that we love to get done The photos that were washed out were under 10 total and corrected with photoshop. As for the kiss, her now husband kissed her amazingly quickly and our photographer did not get the kiss, and told her immediately as they walked down the aisle and asked them to kiss again and got that picture for her. I have communicated with Jessy several times and made accomodations for her with any request she has made.
