TALK TO ONE PERSON. While your video will be seen by hundreds of people, you are talking to them one person at a time. Say what you want to say as though you are talking to a real person . . . perhaps a friend of yours?

THINK ABOUT DELIVERY BEFORE YOU ROLL THE CAMERA. How will the audience see your video . . . DVD? Web? Television? Each has its own set of rules and you need to know what they are before you start filming.

BE HONEST. . . sincere, authentic. Deliver what you promise
