SCAM WARNING!!
I had a beautiful wedding in August 2011. Everything went perfect and I thought that the group recording my wedding was very professional. I only had my ceremony taped so it was about a 60-90 minute process. However the bad news started several months later in November when I still had not received my video. I called and I was told that they were very busy this season and it was not done yet. I didn't think anything of it and told them it was no big deal and to please call me when it is done. When I still had not heard anything in January I called again and I was told it was almost done and they would call me the following Friday to schedule pick up. Weeks went my quickly and I was surprised by the end of February and I still had not heard anything. I called back the first week of March (it has now been almost 7 months since my wedding) and I have left 3 messages over the past week. I have not heard a single thing back! I am thinking this company either went out of business or they are just terrible business men!! Please be aware!! I am still waiting and hoping that those precious memories are not gone forever!!
