Horrible experience and service! Marianne was not only unorganized and unhelpful, but it took her weeks to respond to e-mails. She always had excuses as to why she wasn't available (spending time with family, emergencies, etc) and never made our wedding a priority. On the day of the wedding she was supposed to have our programs and fans on each guests chair, instead they were found in cardboard boxes with no one handing them out! Wedding favors were to be placed ON a table near the exit of the reception area, instead they were placed at the BOTTOM of the tables (near the legs), and a lot of our guests missed them.
She was also supposed to let us know when payments were due to vendors and forgot to do so on three separate occasions. We booked the string trio (in which she told the contact the wrong ceremony time!), We booked the venue, officiant, photographer ourselves. She did help with the flowers and rentals. We even went in for a taste sampling for cupcakes, which Marianne told us they don't offer taste sampling at this bakery so we would need to buy our own cupcakes and try them. Once we were there we asked and found out that we could have made an appointment to come in and sample the different flavors with the owner!!

Our photographers, the officiant, and a preacher who was attending the wedding as a guest, all stated that she was the most unorganized wedding planner they had ever worked with.

The wedding still turned out beautiful, but it was due to the planning by my mother and myself. We WASTED $4500 for a planner that was not there and was not helpful at all!

When looking for someone to plan the most IMPORTANT day of you life, I would suggest looking elsewhere. She was always too busy and never made me feel like my wedding was priority!
