I strongly encourage my clients to use local resources on Whidbey thus decreasing one's carbon footprint. I have resources to provide tents, dishes, tables, etc. on Island. No other planner on Whidbey promotes or uses these small businesses because it is too much work, but I strongly encourage and support them. One such rental company is a non-profit and all the funds raised go back to the community in form of scholarships. I am all about saving my clients money and keeping it local.
